Here are the top 10 Kinect games for 2012; now that Xbox Kinect has been around for a while there is a definite list of the most popular games for Kinect.
The new number one Kinect game is Kinect Rush - A Disney Pixar Adventure, this is a game for the whole family to enjoy. Get your friends together and take a holiday into the wonderful world of Disney. You get to create your own Pixar character then off to camp you go.
The second Kinect game remains as Dance Central, this will teach you how to dance the moves from the music videos and it will go fairly smoothly along a learning curve as well. The use of the technology is impressive and it is probably the best party game out there since Guitar Hero became known as a party game (Honestly this one is better, because anyone can just start dancing and having a good time). It works great among all ages and all backgrounds since everything is done with visuals and because of the no-controller feel anyone can easily pick it up and start playing (though don't get me wrong, it is not easy to master). Dance Central 3 has just been released and is going to be one of the hottest games for Christmas 2012. It already has a 9.2 rating from over 500 reviews
The top Kinect sports game is Kinect Sports plays soccer, beach volleyball, bowling, table tennis, track and field, and boxing, it's so much fun playing on your own, setting yourself goals, but when I competed against my friends it was so exciting. Kinect Sports really adds a nice dimension to your video game experience. Make sure you check out Sports Ultimate, this is the best of the Sports 1 & 2 games.

You'll control the game intuitively with your voice and body as you create your desired fitness experience. Choose a personal trainer to help you meet your specific fitness goals, take a Yoga or Martial Arts class, or play fun, family-friendly mini-games.
Forza Motorsport 4 is the best Xbox racing games made, now with the Kinect controller this Kinect racing game is one of the "most expansive and vividly realistic automotive experience across any console.", but with the new Kinect controller it really is going to be very special.
Now number seven the Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout is a very good workout, you will not need to go to the gym again, offers more than 125 exercise moves focused on upper body, lower body, cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing. Players can select from the exercise moves to create a custom fitness routine or choose from 10 pre-set fitness programs such as Belly Buster and Boot Camp.
Kung Fu High Impact, become a capable Kung-Fu hero and use any fighting moves you are capable of to bring fear to your enemies. Kung-Fu High Impact is a full-body motion fighting game that uses the Kinect to scan you inside the game to fight the evil with real kicks and punches, boosted with superhuman abilities; you literally become the hero of the game. This will give you a really good workout.
